By using The Ryve ("the Service") you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Ryve helps you find where to watch films and series across streaming services in your region and gives recommendations about which subscriptions may be worth keeping or cancelling. The Ryve does not host, stream, or sell any content, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any streaming service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 (or your country's minimum age). You're responsible for your login and for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.
3. Availability & recommendations are informational
Availability, prices, ratings, and "what to cancel" suggestions are for information only, come from third parties, change constantly, and may be inaccurate. They are guidance, not financial advice or a guarantee. Always confirm on the streaming service before acting.
4. Plans, billing & refunds
- The core finder is free. Plus is a paid subscription (e.g. ₹29/month, ₹299/year) and Lifetime is a one-time purchase, billed via our payment processor.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; cancel anytime and keep access to the end of the period.
- Prices may change with notice for future periods.
- Refunds: [state your policy]. Founding/Lifetime offers are limited and may be withdrawn.
5. Referral program
You may earn points for qualified referrals. Points are redeemable only as discounts on Plus, have no cash value, and are subject to caps and expiry (see in-app referral terms). We may withhold or reverse points and suspend accounts for fraud or abuse.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse or attempt to breach the Service or its security, scrape or resell our data, use bots to game referrals, infringe others' rights, or use the Service unlawfully.
7. Intellectual property
The Ryve's brand, design, and software are ours. Titles, artwork, and ratings belong to their owners and third-party providers and are shown under their terms (including TMDB and JustWatch attribution where applicable).
8. Third-party & affiliate links
The Service links to streaming services and includes affiliate links (we may earn a commission). We're not responsible for third-party sites or content.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for decisions based on availability/savings information. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months.
10. Termination
You can stop and delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
12. Governing law
Governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction, e.g. India], with disputes subject to the courts of [location].
